LCS is about professional coaching skills. LCS is designed by Master Coach Barbara Fagan together with InVision and designed for InVision IN Graduates. LCS receives accreditation from LCS.

The purpose of LCS is to raise the leadership coaching skills of InVision graduates, to be able to inspire and coach leaders and management at a higher level. Through structural professional coach training, students can facilitate positive change and growth in their lives, in family, relationship, career, pursuit of dream, and improve their performance for results.

LCS is the first step to professional coaching. Upon the graduation from LCS – include seminar of 3 full-days /2 evenings and 2 full-days plus one coaching evening, participant will get ICF 24 CCEs, which consist of Coaching Core Competencies 22.5 CCEs and Resource Development 1.5 CCEs.
