Ms. Cecilia Tsang

Cecilia is a Certified Professional Performance Coach with training in Coaching Supervision. With passion in the promotion and champion of coaching excellence in the Greater China Region, Cecilia had served the Founding Council of the Association for Coaching (AC) in the Greater China as Founding Member. She is Coach Accreditation Assessor of the Association for Coaching and works closely with the AC Coach Accreditation China Office to promote coach accreditation in Chinese.

Cecilia has 30 years of business experience and has taken up management roles in human resource development, office administration, training development and administration, event and project management in different leading and public listed companies in various industries in Hong Kong. With collaborative spirit and a drive to excel, Cecilia had created, coordinated and led various Coaching Events and Training Activities for coaching professionals and business leaders in the Greater China over the recent 6 years, including Coaching Study Tours for the China Coaching Federation and China Enterprise Coaches Association to Cambridge and London, Coaching Conferences in partnership with the Association for Coaching, Asia Coaching and Mentoring in Beijing, Cambridge and London, Executive Coach Intensive Trainings by Coaching Masters in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Cambridge.

As a professional coaching supervisor, Cecilia has a reputation for being both supportive and challenging. She is known for her extensive knowledge in coaching and coaching supervision, systemic perspectives, grounded presence, refined observations and ability to engage coaches in facilitating clients to reflect upon their goals and resources, discover new possibilities and develop their strengths, and action upon their strategical goals and passion for life.

As the Administrative Director of ACMA and actively working with the Association for Coaching in the Greater China, Cecilia feels honoured in creating a community of learning and development for professional coaches in the Greater China.

With strong psychological background and certification as Trainer of The Preference® assessment tool on thinking and behavioral preferences in decision making, which is designed for and tested thoroughly in the Greater China Region, Cecilia is capable of empowering individuals and teams with the opportunity to leverage strengths and energy, and have increased engagement for better communication and performance.

In all her roles, the passion of Cecilia is to assist people to be all they can and want to be, and to work with them to align their strategies, skills and behaviours to their purpose and values. She brings compassion and professionalism to her work along with a deep understanding of people and organisational processes.
